The Solar Plexus Chakra, located between the navel and solar plexus, is the core of your personality, identity and ego. It is the energy center of your willpower. While the Sacral chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment, the Solar Plexus chakra is all about the perception of who you are. It is the “I am” of chakras.
The gift of this chakra is sensing your personal power, being confident, responsible, and reliable. The energy of this chakra allows you to transform inertia into action and movement. It allows you to meet challenges and move forward in your life.
The main challenge for the third chakra is to use personal power in a balanced manner. This means consciously harnessing the energy of the solar plexus chakra and using the energy in a proactive and fair manner, rather then reactive, self-centered or inactive.
People with excessive third chakra energy are reactive to life circumstances, have emotional outbursts, are arrogant and are often stressed out. They are typically poor listeners, fast talkers and always put their agenda or needs first. They also tend to take matters personally, as their egos are in overdrive. They confuse busyness with self-importance.
When we pray, we are in a mindful and proactive mode of creation. This is the miracle and the power of prayer. It is US activating our ability to receive the benevolence of the ever-giving Universe. It is us simply focusing and controlling our thoughts to achieve an outcome, while the Universe responds.
We are always creating our experiences by our thoughts and feelings. Most of the time, we are creating by default – allowing our fears and subconscious thoughts to run the show.
Praying allows us to be conscious of our thoughts. Praying helps us be telepathically mindful. Practice mindfulness and pray often to create a reality you love!
What are your thoughts about prayer? Do you pray? I’d love to hear your experiences with prayer! Please leave your comments below.
The Sacral Chakra is your passion and pleasure center and it is located in the pelvic area. While the Root Chakra is satisfied with survival, the Sacral Chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment.
The Sacral Chakra is the seat of emotion. The gift of this chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations. The second chakra is the center of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection.
The energy of this chakra allows you to let go, to move, and to feel change and transformation occurring within your body. It allows you to experience this moment as it is, in its own fullness.
The main challenge for the second chakra is the conditioning of our society. We live in a society where feelings are not valued, where passion, and emotional reactions are being frowned upon. We are being taught not to lose control. As a result, we get disconnected from our bodies, our feelings.
As if this was not enough, we also experience the wounds of our collective cultural struggles over many sexual issues of our society. On one hand sexuality is magnified and glorified, and on the other hand it is rejected. This results in either blocked or excessive second chakra issues, such as addiction or co-dependency.
111 – Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don’t want. The sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means that the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts…ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts. “Make a wish!”
123 — Simplify your life. Get rid of anything that’s pulling at your energy, time, or finances—especially anything that pulls you away from your life purpose. The ascended masters are helping you with this simplification. “Clean it up!”
222 — Have faith. Everything’s going to be all right. Don’t worry about anything, as this situation is resolving itself beautifully for everyone involved. “Keep the faith!”
Root Chakra – Muladhara – 1st Chakra – Base Chakra
The Root Chakra is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and with the Earth.
Muladhara is the most instinctual of all chakras – it is your survival center. Your fight and flight response is initiated from this chakra. This is your primal, animal nature.
The energy of Muladhara allows us to harness courage, resourcefulness and the will to live during trying times. It connects us with spiritual energies of our ancestors, their challenges and their triumphs. Since the Base Chakra carries our ancestral memories, basically everyone experiences challenges or blockages within it.
War, famine, natural disasters, and any events that threaten our basic survival, are all recorded within energies of the first chakra. These memories are imprinted in the subtle body and are passed down from generation to generation creating unconscious generational patterns.
What do successful business people do when faced with questions about operations, growth, next steps? They pull their best people to the table and have a committee meeting to hash things out. More great minds, more potential solutions, right?
You’re probably thinking, “But, I don’t have access to such a group of people!” What if I told you that you have an unlimited source of brilliant minds right at the tip of your imagination?
A few weeks ago, I shared my unique form of meditation. I call it ‘Imagitation.” This is when I use my quiet mind to actively achieve something – perhaps to seek out and solve issues and challenges, bless my children or sit in gratitude and literally count my blessings. When I’m in the state of imagitation, I am leveraging Universal energy for a specific benefit or outcome.
I love my work! I was recently honored to marry this wonderful couple, who began as clients of mine just a few years ago. When I stop and take note of my professional journey, I can’t help but feel like a fairy godmother who gets to roam around and share in the blessings, love and transformations of people near and far.
I am humbled, grateful and so honored to have married Chris and Raquel in gorgeous Laguna Beach. I look forward to watching the magic unfold in their beautifully blessed marriage.
Most of us think we know what we want. But do we really? If you think about it, there is so much available to us that we haven’t even considered – things that exists beyond our awareness, so how do we know if we want them or not?
Take the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Lost, hungry and tired, Goldilocks came upon a cabin in the woods. Seeking shelter and sustenance, she let herself in and spied three bowls of porridge sitting on a dining table. Famished, she began eating from one bowl and quickly discovered the porridge was way too hot. That didn’t stop her from trying to quench her hunger. She simply ate from the next bowl and found the porridge to be too cold. Determined, she tried the last bowl of porridge, and to her delight, it was just right, so she gobbled it up and her hunger was finally satisfied.
How would Goldilocks have known that the third bowl of porridge was perfect for her if she didn’t experience the first two? She wouldn’t have.
